Return and Refund Policy for MU-Infinity MU Online Server

At MU-Infinity, we are committed to providing a great experience for our players. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making any purchases on our platform. By purchasing digital goods on our server, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Goods and Services

All purchases made on the Infinity-Mu server, including but not limited to in-game currency, items, and membership upgrades, are classified as digital goods. Once delivered or credited to your account, these goods are considered non-refundable.

2. No Refunds on Digital Goods

• All sales are final. We do not issue refunds or exchanges once the purchase has been made and the items have been delivered to your account.
• Refunds will not be provided for unused, partially used, or unwanted digital items.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

• Technical Errors: If a purchase was incorrectly processed due to a server or payment gateway error, and the item was not delivered to your account.
• Unauthorized Transactions: If a payment was made without your knowledge or authorization, and you provide sufficient proof of fraud.

Please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. We will review your request and respond accordingly.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider without contacting MU-Infinity support first will result in:

• Permanent suspension of your account.
• Forfeiture of any remaining in-game items or currency.

We encourage you to contact us directly if you encounter any issues to resolve the matter amicably.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for an exception, please submit a request to our support team with the following information:

• Your Username and Email associated with the account.
• Transaction ID or receipt from the purchase.
• Detailed explanation of the issue.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and significant changes will be communicated through email or in-game notifications.
