Welcome to MU-Infinity, a private server for MU Online. By accessing or using our server, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

• Cheating or Exploiting Bugs: Use of cheats, hacks, or any other unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage may result in a permanent ban.
• Speed Hacking: Using speed hacks to move faster than the game allows will result in a permanent ban.
• Botting: Using bots or automated software to farm resources or perform tasks will result in a permanent ban.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account information with others is prohibited and can lead to account suspension or termination.
• Harassment: Abusive behavior towards other players, including but not limited to bullying, spamming, or hate speech, will not be tolerated.
• Scamming: Attempting to defraud other players or using deceptive practices to gain items or currency will result in a permanent ban.

3.2 Consequences of Violating the Code of Conduct

• Temporary Ban: 1 to 30 days, depending on the severity of the offense.
• Permanent Ban: For severe violations, such as speed hacking or scamming.

4. Server Stability and Maintenance

MU-Infinity reserves the right to:

• Perform regular maintenance on the server.
• Implement updates and changes to improve the gameplay experience.
• Temporarily suspend access to the server for necessary maintenance.

5. Limitation of Liability

MU-Infinity and its operators are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the server, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Loss of in-game items
• Interruptions of service

6. Modification of Terms

MU-Infinity reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-game notifications. Your continued use of the server after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
